PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING POLICY

Objective

SENSINK places strong importance on your privacy and the protection of your personal data. The purpose of these rules is to implement the information and transparency obligations stipulated in the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). More specifically, it aims to inform you about the processing of your personal data, the purpose of this processing and the length of processing. Your rights within the framework of personal data processing are also listed in these rules.

1.Personal data processor 

The company SENSINK sprl, with headquarters at 12 rue des Vergers, 1340 Ottignies, registered under number BE 0833.263.274 and represented by Anne Burniaux, complies with all the legal provisions relating to personal data protection, including the provisions of the GDPR.

2. Personal data which is subject to processing within the framework of a partnership relationship (contractual or not) and a commercial relationship

With your prior consent, when you use our media, we may gather and process all or some of the following data:

  • First name; last name
  • Email address
  • Postal address
  • Telephone number
  • Banking details
  • Role
  • Company name
  • Invoicing manager’s name
  • Company’s postal address
  • VAT number
  • Any other useful information within the framework of SENSINK activities

3.Personal data processing purpose

Contractual obligations and commercial activities (contract execution, drafting quotes, invoicing, etc.), legal obligations (accounting, declarations, etc.) and legitimate interests (relationship management, fraud prevention, canvassing, information about services, training, conferences and meetings, etc.).

4.Data management & length of personal data processing

Updated every quarter, deletion of data that has not been used for five years (legal limit).

5.Data source

Yourself (email, business card, message, etc.), public sources (networks, directories, etc.) or contacts (colleagues, professional networks, etc.).

6.Data recipients 

SENSINK only provides personal data to its authorised service providers and ensures that they observe strict rules of data confidentiality, use and protection.

7.Data storage

Your data is stored in electronic and/or paper files. We use Microsoft Office 365 (One Drive) as well as for emails (Exchange) which is recognised as GDPR-compliant in Europe and the United States.

8.People who may be aware of the data

Anne Burniaux, director.

People who may audit the company or be involved in its management: accountant.

9.Your rights

You have the right to access your data, request it be rectified or deleted or have its processing or transfer limited. You can also withdraw your consent or make a complaint to the Belgian Data Protection Authority.

10.SENSINK’s obligations

SENSINK is obliged to answer all your requests, to observe them and to keep you informed as soon as possible of any change or problem in gathering, processing or storing your data.

11.How we protect your data

Your personal data is hosted by secure servers and we make every effort to protect them. However, as the internet is an open system, SENSINK cannot guarantee the security of the information that you send us via this method and declines any liability for illegitimate or fraudulent use by an unauthorised third party.

13.Changes to the personal data processing policy 

These rules may be changed at any time, in particular for us to comply with any regulatory, jurisprudence or technological changes. Please read it regularly.

14.Intellectual property

The website, graphics, downloadable visible and accessible documents, are protected by copyright. SENSINK remains the holder of the intellectual property rights, they may in no case be taken over, completely or partially, reproduced or communicated to the public without prior authorization from SENSINK.
