Teambuilding sessions and workshops facilitated by horses

A learning accelerator

SENSINK offer you Human relational Ecology© learning and sustainable management workshops facilitated by horses: an original combination of two innovative approaches.

Why?

To experiment with sustainable communication and relationship management tools to enable spontaneous integration of the emotional agility process. A day spent in a natural setting creates an augmented and inclusive experience.

Our goal

To give you a day in the countryside, in a professional stable, in contact with competition horses alongside our team who specialise in this approach. The aim is to form a secure relationship with the horse to let it mirror your emotions and your ability to manage them with total agility.

You will be offered ground exercises in connection with the theme addressed. Beyond the experience with horses, connections will be made with your reality, the company world, the manager’s positioning or team situations. You will be given sustainable tools.

For whom?

Any person or team who intends to accelerate their learning through experience and make it part of their DNA.
